Chiral-NR is a good column, which shows brush-type phase properties with good reproducibility, broad generality and
high loading capacity. In our lab, it is No.1 column to do chiral screening, there is about 60%
enantiomer separations in NP mode and 40% in SFC mode.

From 2010, our platform began to use Dr. Maisch HPLC packing media, and we have been using 1.9 μm
packings as analytical chromatographic columns since 2014, very excellent reproducibility.

After testing different series packings of Dr. Maisch HPLC，we realized the special selectivity
between Reprosil and Exsil. Now we are approaching to identify 3,000 protein
groups in single cell with Bruker TIMS-TOF Pro mass spectrometer.
Applying 1.6 μm particle size nano column from Fresh Bioscience, we found that
the protein identifications were achieved new depth on Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer.
Compared with the previous generation of 1.9μm columns,
protein identifications of cell was increased by 25%, tissue 33%, and plasma 35%!
Based on proteomics technology of mass spectrometer, even the most complex biological samples, it will become possible to analyze，identify and quantify thousands of proteins simultaneously.
