1. Agreement
These terms and Conditions are intended to establish the Terms and Conditions under which Fresh Bioscience Ltd., China (the “Company”) shall sell its products (“Products”) to a purchaser (the “Buyers”) as and when the purchase orders are placed by the buyer and accepted by the company. By placing an order the buyer submits an offer to buy the products pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment and Credit
If the payment terms are not as established by the company from time to time as mentioned in the contract, the payment shall be in advance. The price shall be payable in the currency designated by the company. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Shipment
Items are shipped by a fast/standard method unless otherwise specified, with shipping charges and insurance prepaid and added as separate charges on your invoice.
4. Conditions
The information published on this website is correct and accurate but not guaranteed to be so. Company assumes no responsibility with respect thereto. The sale of any product by the company does not waive any potent restrictions connected with those products.
5. Order cancellation
Order cancellation due to mistake or duplication will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee if approved by Fresh Bioscience.
6. Damage Claim
All products shall be inspected upon arrival; it is imperative that you save all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Once products are turned over to the carriers by us, they become your responsibility. While we will assist, all claims should be reported to the carrier. Failure to do so makes the buyer liable for the payments for those products should damage claims to be rejected by the carrier. All claims must be made within 7 days.
7. Returns
All returns should be authorized by the company. It is necessary to file a return form through email, a RA code and further instructions will be given once the return request is approved by the company. Any return delivery without company authorization will be rejected. Returns must be sent by a traceable carrier.
8. Warranty
Fresh Bioscience warrants its quality columns in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Company will repack, replace, or refund any column at no cost if a column fails to deliver satisfactorily.
Columns to be returned must be approved by the company, otherwise columns will be rejected upon arrival.
Approval is subject to the followings:
• All columns must be tested upon receipt and all deficiencies must be reported to the company no later than 15 days after the date of receipt of column.
• Removal of HPLC column end fitting automatically voids column warranty.
• Column performance warranty is limited to the conditions of the original test chromatogram.
• Physical and chemical damage to the column due to misuse, abuse such as mechanical shock, operation at incorrect chemical conditions, temperature or pressure.
FRESHBIOSCIENCE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE.
FRESHBIOSCIENCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, UNDER ANY WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
